Stéphane Labranche is in flight for the first interview of the project in the Air to the Earth.

Stéphane is a political scientist and member of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on climate change) and is a specialist in the COP21.

He presents this COP 21 of Paris in a very simple and synthetic and insists on the importance of the territory wide actions to combat climate change.
