Stéphane est Politologue et membre du GIEC (Groupe d’experts Intergouvernemental sur l’Evolution du Climat) et est spécialiste de la COP21.
Il nous présente cette COP 21 de Paris de façon très simple et synthétique puis insiste sur l’importance des actions à l’échelle du territoire pour lutter contre le changement climatique.

Stéphane is a political scientist and member of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and is a specialist of the COP (Conferences of the Parties), international negotiations to achieve the objectives to fight against climate change
